The Hall in West Des Moines combines beer and yoga for a unique monthly event called the Real Beer Yoga. (Photo courtesy of The Hall) Yoga and Beer: Can It Get Much Better Than That? Combine the art of yoga with the art of drinking beer with the Real Beer Yoga at The Hall in West Des Moines from 10 to 10:45 a.m. tomorrow. Come back to The Hall in the evening and watch musician David Watson perform at 7-9:30 p.m.
The Hall is a former rail car barn that has been transformed into a 280-seat modern beer hall, with a 140-seat outdoor beer garden. Food comes from a rotating roster of food trucks, with four at a time in residence. In addition to craft beer, the bar also serves wine and craft cocktails. Community tables encourage you to make new friends.
