|
Table 128 chef/owner Lynn Pritchard’s cuisine combines down-to-earth Midwestern sensibilities (Pritchard was raised on an Illinois farm) with the precision and refinement of a classically trained chef (he trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.). Meanwhile, his wife and business partner, Sarah Pritchard, runs the front of the house with graciousness and an eagle eye, and also oversees an energetic wine program. Consider heading here on a Saturday night, when the evening’s features offer ever-changing one-of-a-kind ways with lesser-known meats, such as elk tenderloin or guinea fowl.
