Event Description:


Young Professionals Connection is excited to host our 7th Annual Sips, Samples and Sights tour!  Attendees will experience Des Moines' iconic Western Gateway neighborhood through a custom, one-of-a-kind walking tour guided by the Iowa Architectural Foundation.  During stops along the tour, attendees can enjoy hors d'eourves and wine/beer samples and network with 60+ young professionals. 

The event will begin with a networking reception at Confluence Landscape Architecture on 17th St. beginning at 5:00 p.m.  The walking tours will begin at 5:45 p.m. with stops and samples at Substance Architecture and id8 Architects, concluding with a post tour reception at Exile Brewing.  At Exile, you can check out a pop-up gallery sponsored by local artist Brent Holland from Studio Holland Art.

This event continues to be one of YPC's signature events and has sold out each of the last 6 years.  Register today so you don't miss out!
