Please submit the following information so that our reporter can compile our weekly signed lease transactions section of our CRE e-newsletter. Feel free to include multiple lease transactions in the submission spot below.

INFO NEEDED:

- Name of the company that is leasing space
- Address of the location being leased
- Building owner
- Number of square feet leased (if possible)
- Property type (office, retail, industrial, flex)
- Name and company of the agent that represented the tenant
- Name and company of the agent that represented the landlord

Writing the info into paragraph form is helpful, but isn't necessary. See the below example for formating

EXAMPLE:
Goodwill of Central Iowa has leased space at 1600 Valley West Drive, Suite 200, in West Des Moines. The tenant was represented by Steve Scott and Chris Thomason of NAI Optimum. The landlord, Christie Drake, was represented by Stanbrough Realty Co.
