The 2024 Inspiring Women of Iowa Event is presented by:

Thanks for joining us! Nearly 800 Iowans, dedicated to empowering and celebrating women, gathered for the Inspiring Women of Iowa luncheon on May 10 at The Meadows Events & Conference Center. Sponsored by Lincoln Savings Bank, this event celebrated 16 individuals from Iowa who have exhibited courage, confidence, and character, as well as those who advocate for women.

Congratulations to the 2024 award recipients:
Inspiring Advocate for Women Award: Lisa Grefe – Trust Officer at First Community Trust
Courage Award: Rosalind Fox – Factory Manager at John Deere
Confidence Award: Penny Furgerson – Co-Founder of Gateway Dance Theatre
Character Award: Dr. Lindsey Christianson – Broadlawns Primary Care Clinic Section Chief and Faculty for Broadlawns Medical Center FP/TY Residency Program

All proceeds from this fundraising event benefit Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, and their mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
