Assemblé is a collaboration between Winefest Des Moines and Ballet Des Moines and it’s more than just a culinary and artistic event. This year’s special dinner celebrates not only the talent of chefs, sommeliers and winemakers but also a diverse expressions of love stories, from classic to queer.

This exquisite dinner kicks off a series of events leading up to the world premiere of Love Letters, including choreography from George Balanchine, Christopher Wheeldon and a world premiere from Ballet Des Moines Artistic Director Tom Mattingly. Love Letters will be performed at Hoyt Sherman Place, March 8-9, 2024.
