About

Making Mindset Shifts for a Positive Outlook

Have you ever found it more difficult to bounce back from a setback than it should have been? Have you jumped to a conclusion, shifted blame, or had the victim thinking due to circumstances around you? You aren’t alone. According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day with 80% being negative. It is hard to examine our outlook when we are looking outward. This session will give you a chance to look inward and help you reset your thinking for a more positive mindset.

We will walk away ready to apply tips and techniques for more positive thinking, take charge of our attitude, and understand the impact we have on others at home, at work, and in our communities.
