set to debut from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, boasting classic favorites with unique touches — all organic and vegetable-inspired, of course.
A few of the highlights: potato kimchi waffle (braised pork belly, maple gochujang, scallian and an optional meat), Japanese pancake souffle (kaya jam, coconut and mixed berries), and the farmers harvest grain bowl (sweet potato, black beans, kale, maple gochujang and an optional meat).
The menu will be available from 10
