Jethro's is offering Mother's Day brunch with some big food options like hash browns, biscuits and gravy and more.
Mother's Day Menus for Takeout
Just because you can't have a sit-down meal in a restaurant for Mother's Day on Sunday doesn't mean you can't enjoy takeout or delivery in your own home this weekend. There are several eateries around Greater Des Moines offering special Mother's Day menus. Here are three options:
HoQ: This East Village restaurant provides brunch just twice a year and didn't want to
miss out on Mother's Day. Patrons can choose from one of four entrees ($17 each). A pastry is included. Pickup is available from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
Gilroy's: This Mother's Day brunch mixes traditional breakfast
favorites, like scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast, and lunch options such as roasted chicken, mac 'n' cheese and green beans. It's $20 for one; $75 for four. There are also several brunch drinks to choose from. Gilroy's is open for curbside pickup 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow and Sunday.
Jethro's: If you're looking for some big food on Mother's Day, Jethro's is offering two brunch options, each serving four. All metro locations, except Ankeny, will provide the menu. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow, the food is take-and-bake. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, it's made ready-to-eat. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. the day before.
